Material Direction
PP, ABS, PET, PC, PA and reinforced plastic options can be reviewed according to product application, strength, surface and working environment.
Mold Plan
Gate location, runner type, cooling layout, ejection, slides, inserts, cavity quantity and machine requirements are discussed according to project quantity.
First Batch Production
After trial samples are approved, Shengqi can discuss 500-1,000 pcs first batch production, packing requirements and delivery schedule.
Project Workflow
From product file review to first batch delivery
The same basic engineering workflow applies whether the first batch is 500 pcs, 1,000 pcs or a larger production order.
1. Project File Review
Send product drawings, sample photos, material direction, expected quantity and delivery country. Shengqi reviews whether the project is suitable for injection molding and first batch production.
2. Mold Structure Discussion
The team checks part structure, gate and runner direction, cooling, ejection, slide requirements and possible molding risks before confirming the quotation basis.
3. Tooling and Trial Samples
After mold manufacturing, trial samples are produced for dimensional, appearance, assembly and functional review. Mold adjustment is handled according to approval feedback.
4. 500-1,000 pcs First Batch
When samples are approved, Shengqi can arrange a first batch production run for project validation, market testing, assembly checks or customer delivery.
